Due to our recycling of unwanted clothes being so successful, we have “upgraded” our collection bin to a permanent unit. The unit is located next to the PTA Second Hand Uniform Unit in the car park on Station Road which is emptied on a regular basis. All items should be enclosed in bags and not dropped “loose” into the Bin.
On Thursday 26th May we will be celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. During the day, children will participate in a carousel of authentic activities embracing areas of learning and experiences relating to our monarch. We will end the day with a regal tea party, celebrating together as a whole school. We welcome all children to come dressed in the colours of the union jack (red, white and blue) and/or party clothes.

A reminder that entries for the Raglan in Bloom competition need to be returned to Mrs Jenkins by Monday 9th May. The children have been asked to design one of their flower beds for the new season of planting. The theme of the flower bed design should be linked to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
We are having a meeting for parents of our new intake which will take place on Tuesday 24th May 2022 in the School Hall at 2.30pm. During this meeting parents will have the opportunity to learn about the routines and day-to-day information for child’s transition into school.
Platinum Jubilee Celebrations
On Thursday 26th May we will be celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. All children are welcome to come to school dressed in the colours of the union jack (red, white and blue) or party clothes.
Reminder:- Please remember that we have an INSET day Monday 25th April 2022, therefore the children will be returning on Tuesday 26th April 2022.
