Decorating biscuits for Comic Relief!

On Tuesday 7th March Year 1 had a very special delivery... The eggs have now been put into the incubator. We are hopeful that in three weeks we will have some chicks!

What a lovely day! Mud Kitchen activities while the sun was shining!
Maths and Money!
Year 1 have loved learning about money! We have created our own shop, written our own price tags and have taken it in turns to be the customer and shopkeeper!
Year 1 had a great trip to Gilwern and the One Planet Centre. We filtered dirty water to make it clean, we worked as a team to complete a practical water cycle, we discussed recycling, we watched the recycling being loaded into a lorry and much more! What a busy day!
Year 1 have been enjoying outdoor learning! We have been making nature faces!
