In collaboration with St Cadoc’s Church, our Community Connectors have established a Community Pantry to support individuals within our locality. This is a fantastic provision which is being supported by all. On Thursday 28th September there will be an Open Evening for Year 6 pupils at Monmouth Comprehensive School from 5pm to 7pm. Please see the attached poster for more information
We will be celebrating on Monday 16th October. We would like the children to dress up in something which represents Wales. This could be a traditional Welsh costume, a dress associated with symbols of wales, sports kits associated with Welsh teams dressing up as Welsh heroes or dress in the colours of the Welsh flag.
These will be taking place on Monday 9th, Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th October. Booking will be via School Cloud - more details to follow.
We will be celebrating World Mental Health Day on Tuesday 10th October and the theme for 2023, set by the World Foundation of Mental Health, is ‘Mental health is a universal human right’. During the day we aim to raise awareness of mental health and how important it is to get help if you are struggling. Children will be invited to wear yellow on this day and purchase a cake for £1.
