Dear Parents,
RE: SPORTS DAY – Friday 14th June 2019
Here are a few ideas of timings so that you can be sure not to miss a race!
We aim to start the day at 9:15 with Plaza 3 completing their races. We will then move onto Plaza 2 (Approx 10am) and then down into Foundation Phase (Approx 10:45am).
Lunchtime- Parents are welcome to bring a picnic and we will have a picnic lunch. If you are unable to attend but your child wishes to eat their lunch with a friend please ensure you send a permission letter in on the day.
The afternoon of activities will start about 1pm. We aim to be finished by the end of the day so all children can go home on buses as normal- unless otherwise stated. Please remember all the timings stated are only approximate timings.
Just a little reminder that all children should have their PE kits in school with appropriate footwear. PE kit should consist of a house colour t-shirt, shorts (green/black/skort) and trainers or black daps.
Children may wear their PE kit to school on Sports Day, so it should come home the evening before.
The PTFA will be providing refreshments on the day, if you are able to provide a cake please bring it in on the Friday morning.
Thank you for your continued support
All schools in Wales are at the start of an exciting journey to develop a new ambitious curriculum for our children
