Over half-term, Year 5 pupil Jacob built a beautiful bird table which is now on display in the Noddfa.  We are very grateful to Jacob and also his Grandad, Col, for the time and effort they have spent on this in their own time.  A robin was on the table within minutes!

 

 

Please check your school bags for the next couple of days for information regarding the Kerbcraft Road Safety Scheme.  This is undertaken by Monmouthshire County Council and is available to all Year 1 children.

Permission slips MUST be returned to enable your child to receive the road safety training.

After School Netball Club will not be going ahead this week (Thursday 1^st March).

From Thursday 8^th March, this Club will then change to Hockey and Summer Sports Club for the remainder of the Spring and Summer Term.

All children already signed up for Netball Club will automatically have a place with the Hockey and Summer Sports Club.

Should you child no longer wish to participate, please confirm to the school office.

Due to Eisteddfod preparations, there will be no lunch time Craft Club today.

We currently have a large number of Parentpay debts regarding lunch payments.  Could all accounts please be brought up to date.  Thank you.

Unfortunately, the school received a telephone call at 8.45am today to inform us that swimming lessons have been cancelled.  We apologise for any inconvenience and confirm that all parents will obtain a refund in connection with the transport costs.  When we receive any further dates/times, we will inform you immediately.

We raised £173.84 for the Marie Curie Daffodil Appeal and a big thank you goes to everyone who helped contribute!!   Both Hannah and Jacob were very careful in their counting!
