We have received a further message from Parentpay - please check your accounts to see whether any payments have been made:-

 

Further update: School meal payments on ParentPay 11:00 AM : 04/02/19

Due to technical issues, parents who have attempted to make card payments via ParentPay this morning may have been unable to make a successful payment. We would advise making your school catering team aware that due to our current technical issues some parents will have been unable to top-up their school meal account this morning.

We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as we can and we’ll keep you updated.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this will be causing.
