New GDPR Rules :-

As you may be aware the new GDPR rules will come into force on Friday 25th May 2018.  As a school we send out newsletters and information relating to the school and activities. We use the email system as it is an instant and environmentally friendly way of communicating. In order to comply with the new requirements under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into force on 25 May 2018, we now need to obtain your explicit consent to continue to send you this information. Therefore, if you would like to continue to receive our newsletters and information relating to the school and activities, please provide the School Office with an email address to which you would require email communication to be sent and the mobile telephone number to which you would require text communication to be sent. Please note that you can withdraw your consent at any time, if you decide in the future that you would prefer not to receive these communications. Your information is not used for marketing purposes.

 

If consent is not provided, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND YOU NEWSLETTERS AND INFORMATION AFTER THE 25TH MAY 2018, as this will be in breach of GDPR.
