Bird Boxes Built!

Having researched and designed various bird boxes, children in Year 5 and Year 6 have spent two days this week building their bird boxes, practising their carpentry skills in the process. A HUGE thank you to Mr Knight and Mr Spaven, who gave up their time to come and help us.
In addition to developing their woodworking skills, the children also learned how to use websites for comparison purposes and used a wide range of numeracy skills to design their bird boxes.
