Welcome to the Bishop and our Diocesan Director of Education
Fri 27 Oct 2017We had a visit on Thursday from the Bishop and our Diocesan Director of Education. At our Collective Worship, they commissioned Mrs Rowlands as the new Headteacher of Raglan CiW VC Primary School. Everyone also sang Happy Birthday to Mr Bowen!!

Year 4 The dragons are coming!
Thu 26 Oct 2017Well done to all our Year 4 pupils for a brilliant first half term. Mr Bowen is going to be spending his half term on a Dragonology and Dragon-care course. He promises to bring lots of photographs from his adventures. If any Year 4 children have information books or pictures of dragons, then bring them in next half term and Mr Bowen can share his new dragon skills with you all! Have fun and be safe Year 4!

Thu 26 Oct 2017I'd like to say a big thank you to all the children and parents in Year 4 who have sent birthday wishes, cards, presents and lovely cakes. It was also great to be able to celebrate my 40th birthday with the whole school during Collective Worship today and then return to a balloon filled plaza afterwards! Have a good half term - I might be in the gym to work off all the lovely treats! -
All of Year 1- Please can all of year one bring in an egg box (that holds 6 eggs) the first Tuesday back after half term. Have a lovely half term! Many Thanks, Miss Griffiths

Year 4 Funding Fantastic Flying Machines
Mon 23 Oct 2017Following on from last week's hugely successful Project: Flight, today Year 4 were introduced to Fluttery Frank's Fantastic Flying Machine Warehouse! We are using Fluttery Frank's catalogue to design, measure and cost our own amazing machines. A good chance to practise our use of money, working to a budget and applying our addition/subtraction skills from earlier in the term! -
