What is the role and purpose of our group?
The Playground Pals Committee is a student-led group designed to promote friendship, inclusion, and positive play during break times. Its purpose is to ensure that all children feel welcomed and supported in the playground by encouraging teamwork, resolving minor conflicts, and helping those who may feel lonely or left out. Playground Pals act as role models, organising fun activities and games, promoting kindness, and creating a safe and enjoyable play environment for everyone. Through their leadership, they help foster a school culture of respect, cooperation, and belonging.
